Frozen beef can never compare to local ground beef – as long as it is ground correctly and from a reputable source. Sorry to burst your bubble, but US beef is frozen before it is exported. Same with australian beef.

RubyTuesday in Cirty stars is by far the best. The chef there told me they import the USDA certified beef directly fresh from USA for the steaks and burgers.

As far as I know, this is the only one in Egypt. I’ve met the owner and executive chef, and I’m pretty sure it is the product of their own hard work and imagination. “Best option for food quickly?” Campbell’s Tomato Soup and a Grilled swiss & pepperjack cheese sandwich: few things make me smile faster.

Affirmative: about a third of their menu is dedicated to vegetarian options; even their new Lunch Menu can be entirely vegetarian. I’ve had the Daal Tarkewali before, and honestly I’ve had better (Indira, Holiday Inn City Star), and much worse (Nawab). Other than that, I can’t give much more advice since I’m a confirmed flesh eater.
